Preet is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better, and recover with confidence. Her interest in massage therapy developed through her own experience recovering from a sports-related injury, where hands-on treatment played a key role in her healing process and inspired her to pursue a career in the field.
A graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy Program (2018), Preet is dedicated to providing individualized, patient-centered care. She strives to create a comfortable, respectful, and therapeutic environment where patients feel at ease while working collaboratively toward their treatment goals.
With a background in powerlifting and competitive dance, Preet brings a strong understanding of movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. She incorporates this knowledge into her treatments, often integrating therapeutic exercises and stretching to support long-term results.
Preet utilizes a range of techniques tailored to each patient’s needs, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, post-isometric relaxation stretching, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular techniques. She also emphasizes the importance of home care, providing guidance and exercises to help patients maintain progress beyond their sessions.
She welcomes new patients seeking treatment for a variety of concerns, including those with ICBC claims, and is happy to offer care in both English and Punjabi.
