Shoulder pain can make everyday tasks — reaching overhead, lifting, driving, or even sleeping — painful and frustrating.

At Stryde Health Centre, our experienced physiotherapists and chiropractors carefully assess your movement patterns, identify the root cause of your pain, and create a personalized treatment plan. Using hands-on manual therapy, targeted strengthening exercises, and progressive rehabilitation, we help reduce pain, restore full range of motion, and rebuild strength.

Our goal is simple: get you back to work, sport, and daily activities comfortably and confidently — without ongoing discomfort.
